Can I have different prices for different customers?
Yes — customer-specific pricing is core to wholesale and is included on every plan from Growth. You can set per-customer prices for individual SKUs, or assign customers to a price tier (Gold/Silver/Bronze). New sales orders automatically use the right price for each customer.
How does sales rep tracking work?
Each salesperson is set up with a monthly sales target. When they create a quote or sales order, it's attributed to them. The Sales Team Performance dashboard shows live progress against target, win rates, quotes sent, and a monthly leaderboard. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
Can I track stock on vans and at customer sites?
Yes. Set up "Van A", "Van B", "Customer Site - Tesco" etc. as warehouse locations. Transfer stock between locations. Reps can see what's on their own van, what's in the main warehouse, and place orders against either. Sales orders deplete from the right location automatically.
What about credit control?
Set a credit limit and payment term per customer. New orders that would push a customer over their limit flag for approval before despatch. Aged debtor reports show who's overdue, by how much, and for how long. We don't collect payments directly — your finance team handles that via your accounting platform.
Does it integrate with Xero?
Yes — Xero export is included on every plan. Sales invoices, supplier bills, and stock journals export as Xero-ready CSVs in seconds. Map your account codes once and it just works.
I've got a 4-person sales team. Is the leaderboard useful or just gimmicky?
In our experience, it's genuinely useful — sales reps respond to visible performance data. A live leaderboard, even a small one, drives behaviour change. The data also lets you reward genuinely high performers (rather than the loudest ones) and identify reps who need coaching.
